I started keeping track of Christms lists in my cell phone this year. It is always with me so when I would think of an item to put on my families Christmas list I would get it in the cellphone immediatly, or if I thought of something to buy someone I would put it in there immediatly. This saved me a lot of stress when family members started asking for lists and helped me get my shopping done sooner!
Also to help me stay on a budget I organize my Christmas Shopping in an excel spreadsheet so that I keep track of what I have bought for each person, how much it was, and what the grand total is. Keeps me from losing my mind! :)
I asked for a maid for Christmas and I got a new vacuum.

I have an app ("There's an app for that!") on my phone that organizes all of my gifts. It definitely keeps that part of my holiday organized. What did we ever do before cell phones??

My cell is an old one and doesn't have apps. But my siblings have new ones and it is way cool!
