Cream Cheese Corn

What's Christmas dinner without the side dishes - potatoes, beans, cranberries, turnip, etc.

Cream Cheese Corn

This is a super easy corn dish. I had never tried it until it was brought to our last church dinner. Really rich but good. :dinner:

2 Cans Whole Kernal Corn
1 Block Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Pepper to taste

Combine everything in pan and heat until cheese is melted. Yum.

“Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmastime.”
