Im from Donegal in the North West corner of Ireland. Love christmas and have a passion for snow even though we dont see enough of it over here.

Back in '91, my brothers and I joined our parents for their 30th Anniversary with a vacation in Ireland. (My great grandfather was from County Cork and my husband's family came from County Kerry.) Among the places we visited, we stayed in a charming Bed and Breakfast in Donegal. Beautiful place. Lots of manicured hedges, rose bushes, a bit of a mist, old homes, etc. I plan to return and spend more time. We crammed quite a bit into only ten days. I'd prefer three weeks, there's so much I missed.
