Changing Holiday Traditions

Postby Christmas Crazy » Tue Aug 20, 2019 9:12 am

Michelle and I are empty nesters now. Life keeps moving forward, as it should, and traditions will now change. I don't like change, especially changes to my holiday traditions. But this is the way it is supposed be, right?. So we'll adapt, somehow, just not sure what that's going to look like right now. I told Michelle we needed to think about it and come up with a plan of what we will do when we wake up Thanksgiving morning and Christmas morning. I think it's best that we have a plan and not just wake up those mornings wandering "What do we do now?" I would probably just start crying if we did. I'm almost tearing up thinking about it now. So we'll move forward with life, although somewhat reluctantly, and come up with some new traditions. It just may be a little exciting getting to write some of our next chapter in life.
