The First is found when you are typing a post. Click on quote and then type or paste the text between the quote boxes. This quote is used mostly when quoting a part of a book or a famous person.
Example:
"I will honour Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year." ~ Charles Dickens
The code for it looks like this:

The Second type of Quote is used when quoting someone else's post. Click on the quote icon in the post you would like to quote.
Example:
Christmas_Eggnog wrote::angry: I can't get get the quote feature to work...
The code looks like:
