What exactly are Swedish meatballs?

I made a roast lamb dinner today and baked a chocolate layer cake for dessert later.

Merry Sage: swedish meatballs are very simple. Just place frozen meatballs in the crock pot, add home made tomato sauce [not Itialian!], and a lot of herbs and spices. Let simmer 8 hours! YUM! :dinner:
