Children's Christmas Program Help!

Help!! I need some ideas for our church Christmas program this year. We have recreated the nativity the last 2 years and I'd really like to do something fresh and new this year. I have 4 preschoolers, 2 kindergarteners, and a 1st grader. Any ideas for short skits? Know any good websites that might give me some inspiration? Done anything at your church that I might be able to use? Thanks in advance! :smilecc:

Have you done the birth of Christ in the view of the little shepherd [drummer boy]? Or the angels singing? Or the star and the animal/s respones?
