I know I had a thread on here before about gas prices but I couldn't find it. I know it's not a hot topic right now but I was wondering what you're paying. Yesterday I filled up at 2.19 gallon. I've heard prices are much lower in other places. The big story now is egg prices. $3.80 for large brown eggs here. I'm thankful we have our own hens. The going rate for farm fresh is $2.00 a dozen.

I live in an outlying suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. Prices here have risen dramatically under this administration.
Gas $3.10 a gallon
Eggs $5.25 a dozen
We had 1 local chicken farm but the Obama administration shut it down due to bird flu fears. It was a 100 year old family farm that the children sold for highway access. So our prices will only rise. Needless to say I use eggs sparingly -- and I love eggs!

Yikes! Those prices are outrageous Noel. $5.25 a dozen would definitely put a dent in the grocery budget.

Yes it does. The cost of trucking in items not produced here. Sometimes I crave eggs. Know what's cheaper here? The phony liquid egg whites --- yucky.

$2.09 here for regular. Just a few miles down the road it's $1.94 a gallon.

We noticed it dropped to $2.96 for the holiday weekend[ so tanks are ffilled.

We were down to $1.84 last weekend. Sitting at $1.99 today.

$1.99 ($1.96 with Kroger Card)
The other day, we had a coupon for $0.30 off a gallon.
So we filled up three cars for $1.69 a gallon. $50 total.
That was sweet!
