We had hot dogs, chips, and popcorn at a family fun fair last night. Not the best supper but I didn't have to cook it

Last night we had crock pot lasagna, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. Tonight it's chicken fajitas with all the fixings, rice and brown beans. Dessert will be the easiest cake ever. Just take a box of angel food cake mix(don't make it by the box directions, just use the mix) and mix it with one can of crushed pineapple. Bake and then frost with your favorite frosting. We like cream cheese.

NOW I'm hungry. Sounds delish. Next to Midwest comfort food I love southern food.

Gramma put it this way:

Midwest food: butter...sour cream...buttermilk...sugar & Brown sugar in anything.

Southern food: the above then deep fry! :dinner:

Busy day yesterday so I put a pork roast in the crock pot for homemade pulled pork sandwiches and chips last night. Tonight I'm thinking homemade beef lo mein. Menu is subject to change depending on how lazy I feel
