I picked up another small Christmas gift when I was out shopping this morning. It's almost time for a marathon wrapping session.

i'm not as bad now as when i was in my early 20's but i love being in the store the alst two weeks before christmas shopping and then the nights before christmas eve setting up everything in the living room and putting christmas movies and or music on and wrapping with my wife.

Pretjah while I make sure that all the Must haves are bought early. I thoroughly enjoy shopping for the extra little gifts in the weeks and sometimes days right before Christmas. As for Christmas wrapping, well if I have it completed by the 23rd I am doing well!
My Hubby almost always is out on Christmas Eve looking for my gift. Poor man gets so stressed! I always tell him not to worry, and just get me a little chocolate,that's all I need.

we received our order of Halloween cookies from Cheryl's and they look delightful! I just dont have time to do anything extra on this scheduled now, and so I'm delighted they look so cute. There's a mummy, a ghost, and various other decorated cookies in yummy flavors.

Ive already put in my Christmas order for work!

Bought my wife another Christmas present today. Had it wrapped and sitting on the present pile before she got home from work. She was shocked.

Last year I had my work Christmas cards all completed by Halloween, but this year I haven't started yet. EEKS!

DD 7 Birthday party is over. She has one friend here to stay for a sleep over. They are watching Halloween specials. At 7:30 Ghost Busters is on. Two more days till Halloween, then it's Christmas 100% after that!

Retailers sure are pushing Christmas toys this weekend. I've seen a ton of commercials.

not snowed in just about 2-3 inches

the older i get the less i like the snow (it's pretty but i hate dealing with it)

it was nice sitting in my recliner fireplace on watching christmas mvoies on saturday though

hubby says we will have an American christmas this year! the tree will go up thanksgiving weekend, and we will dig my hallmark ornaments out of the basement. woohoo!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! We just got back with the kiddies! WOW! They got even more treats than last year. Tomorrow is November 1st and I am officially allowed to start celebrating Christmas. HEE!HEE! Not that I don't celebrate all year, but now my sweet Hubby wont give me a hard time about it.
