Thank you everyone for the welcome back. The 29 inches of snow (3+ feet less than 20 miles away) has let us all know that despite the fact that Spring starts on Monday, winter is still kicking around. All of this snow is actually a bit of a late Christmas present for the lake. We had no snow last winter and a very dry summer. We needed the snow we have gotten this winter.

After a week and a half traveling around Utah and Arizona to many national parks (Zion, Bryce, Antelope, and the Grand Canyons, we are back home to a blizzard. 2 snow days home from school and a projected 2 feet of snow. It makes me want to watch Hallmark Christmas movies!

Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries have begun production on the first eight of 32 all-new, original movies for Hallmark Channel’s COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ THE MOST WONDERFUL MOVIES OF CHRISTMAS in 2017.

Hallmark Channel will premiere 20 new Christmas movies and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries will premiere 12. Here is a rundown of the first eight films to be produced for Holiday 2017.

Merry Friday Christmas and a Happy St. Patrick's Day to all my Christmas Friends! Going on a birthday cruise with my beautiful husband after his interview today. Hopefully we will have more to celebrate next week! It is quiet at the office and I seem to be the only one wearing green (it's not a thing at the North Pole). I checked the cruise line and there doesn't seem to be even a troubadour (sp) as entertainment. Oh well, maybe we can find an irish coffee somewhere. Cheers!

I wish they'd wait until after Halloween. But then I know people who wish they wait until after Thanksgiving and that's just crazy.
