Just got back from basketball, which unfortunately I had to leave early from because I managed to hurt my knee again. I think it’s God’s way of telling me to get in better shape first. So I started that by shoveling part of the driveway. I live the snow because it reminds of Christmas but I could have done without the struggles of just getting the car through the driveway. Deep breath and admire the Christmas tree with the snow falling in the background. I hope everyone has a great night!

Actually, one more thing.... I discovered a new Christmas podcast this evening called Christmas Stories. I am excited to try it out tomorrow of my long drive to a Conference. I also listen to “Can’t Wait for Christmas” podcast as well as a few others. Does anyone else listen to any Christmas podcasts?

I am kind of glad we did not get any of the really good land of lakes hot chocolate in Texas this time around. i would be sad not to have some,

Jolly I did buy Land O Lakes Christmas cocoa and we enjoy a cup, with marshmallows, every weekend night. I don't want to think about my A1c. Good luck with yours!

My parents send an easter red cross package, I will ask for some sugar free cocoa of any variety. It will still be good at Christmas. You drink it every weeknight?? I have another blood test at the end of the month. No Christmas fun.

I lived all my life in northeastern Indiana before moving to Georgia in 2002 at the age of 36. Shoveling snow was always just a part of life. But that last winter I was there, my step-father gave me a used snow blower for Christmas. Best present ever. You may want to look into one of those. They still give you a workout, but without all the back pain. I sure do miss the snow.

Hello Christmas friend. I hope your computer system smooths out quickly. That can be very frustrating.

Hello Christmas friends. A late night list only due to working a double shift. Flu is causing a reduction in medical staff so we must step up. I read your lists and hope to list normally once rested. Stay safe and well in frigid snow areas.

Christmas Cheers! I am finally home and did sleep a little for 4 hours.
Now I am relaxing and hoping to nap again before bedtime. Thinking of all my Elfish friends. :D

Jolly, that sounds like an awesome Christmas weekend plan. If we must take down Christmas decorations we can then watch Christmas movies! :scene:

Does anyone else feel sad when they look at that huge number to countdown before another Christmas? It takes so long and then after Thanksgiving the time flies on reindeer speed.
