My Avon order was delivered last night. In the outlet I found some lipglosses with Christmas flavors..candy cane, gingerbread, apple cobbler, and iced cookie. Sounds so yummy. I'm putting them up for stocking stuffers.

I love shopping for Christmas all year long. It's so exciting to find things and know that I'll be saving them for Christmas gifts! :D

The sun is actually shining. Haven't seen it in so long It took me forever to find my sunglasses. 8-)

So glad that my favorite Christmas forum is up and running again. :smilecc: The last 2 days I have been getting error messages.

Okay after a two month vacation from Christmas I am refreshed and ready to start again. Today I started my process of thinking of this past Christmas and what worked and what we need to change. I love thinking of this time of year. Can't wait to spend the rest of this year talking to you fine Christmas loving people about it. :smilecc:

Mrs. C-----Luckily I had seen your post about doing some forum upgrades so I wasn't too worried yet. Although it does make me a little nervous when I can't find my favorite Christmas site. :scene: Thanks for all the hard work you put into this site! :smilecc:

It's been about two weeks since I have been on the CAY forum. Miss you guys.

I have been very busy with my sister's wedding. We have the Bachelorette weekend in Napa in two weeks. Finally a vacation without the kids!!!

I have now started a new Christmas novel, The Eggnog Chronicles by Carly Alexander. So far it is a good funny holiday romance.

I have a leftover package of Gingerbread mix. Any suggestions in how I can make it interesting?

Wintertime is back with below freezing temps and a chance for snow Friday. I wish that I could put the snow on hold til December 24. That way I could be guaranteed a White Christmas. :snowwow: :gbhouse:

The good thing about Christmas being a few months away is that it gives me time to start cleaning/organizing the GP!

I have been busy with my Winter de-cluttering(Spring cleaning). I have lots of magazines leftover from Christmas. I've been going through them and clipping out the recipes and ideas that I like and putting them in my Christmas planning folder. :holly1:

Have you figured out what to do with it? Not sure if it would last till Christmas in July. Or maybe you could make some sort of Easter Gingerbread.

An Easter Gingerbread sounds like a good idea but I might just make it sooner. I was thinking about making gingerbread cupcakes.
When I make gingerbread houses for christmas my recipe is much stronger. Since this is a box mix I think it will probably be much milder so that is why I might do cupcakes. Maybe a lemon frosting with it. Any suggestions?
