Pumpkin Pie and Apple Pie. They are a tradition every Thanksgiving.
Other than then, we don't eat much pie. Not even at Christmas time.

After my divorce, I spent many holidays solo preferring the peace of my own company to the typical family drama. Also, sometime during my 14 year previous marriage, my family got weird. Lasagna for thanksgiving, no we are not Italian, and tamales for Christmas dinner. In visiting my aunt last Thanksgiving it was determined that the lack of tradition started when my grandparents moved to their pensioner apartment and my grandmother stopped cooking the big dinners. I had not realized that she had been our Christmas rock. Wish I could go back in time and really pay attention and live in the moment.

For Christmas our favorite is pumpkin pie.
Fall in general is apple pie. Pumpkin for thanksgiving, or in my case peach cobbler since I did not like pumpkin growing up. Christmas is mincemeat, or rather the fake apple/raisin combination known as "mincemeat". I made a real meat pie for an SCA MidWinter dinner once. It was interesting.
Working at home today and listening to LIve 365 Christmas 24/7 on the Merry Christmas Friday.
