Make it a great Saturday,
:smilecc:

This was supposed to be spring cleaning weekend, but Perky is moving slow and I have no energy. Did the basics of bathroom. Litter box, and laundry. Doing bedding in the laundromat today. I guess Easter, like Christmas, will come whether the apartment is clean or not.

Perky has to see the vampires again on wednesday and then will be called to see the nurse for a lesson on the injections.

The injections are the bio "drug" for his rheumatoid arthritis. He has warmed up to the idea of feeling better, but is not too Christmas crazy about it being life long. I think once he feels better it will be ok. Traveling with the medication does not seem to be as difficult as we feared. It can stand up to 75F for 2 weeks. Door to door from STockholm to Texas is about 30 hours. If we get stuck in a hotel overnight, we can get ice. If we choose to stay in a hotel first night in SA, we can get ice. I want to see the thing before I buy any carrying cases though.

Ah, the least favorite part of being a diabetic is all the needle sticking you do to yourself! Be Brave, Perky!

As for cleaning? I have only 2 days this week to complete it for Easter too.

It is a romantic story spent mostly in Vermonr in the winter!!!! A gorgeous inn and snow covered landscape! It repeats today so catch it if you have the time. Enjoy!

I soo look forward to see that. Hopefully it will be online soon. Christmas seems so far away.

Ready to get these last few weeks of school over. It's almost as hard as waiting for Christmas. :santachim:

Here is a great Christmas question. What is one tradition that you had with your family growing up that you have carried on as an adult with your kids?

Mine is taking a walk around the local park to look at the Christmas lights.

Just busy. The calendar is against me this year as we have thursday through Monday off and I need to have the schedules done by may 1. The second round of student evaluations starts 2 May. The master level teachers are being as cooperative as stubborn reindeer on Christmas eve.

We had a little rain and lightening last night but no severe weather. Thankful! It was perfect weather for sleeping And Christmas dreams. :sleephat:

Not feeling the best thanks to pollen and allergies. Hopefully the rain washed the pollen off. I'm a grouchy Christmas elf when I don't feel well. :grinch:
