DH and I were at Costco on 8/19 shopping for DD's big birthday bash/sleepover and lo and behold, there were the Christmas lights and their big box of Christmas ribbons!!!! Of course I couldn't get all excited because my husband already thinks it's weird that I get excited for Christmas before Halloween...he'd really be ribbing me if I started being openly excited in August, or especially July when I started! lol Not that he doesn't know I am excited, but I take a lot of teasing if I try to talk to him about being all excited this early! lol So anyway, they also were getting all of the children's toys out in full force there, gearing up for the holidays. I love Costco, they are always the first store I see Christmas stuff in! Also, the Lakeside Christmas catalog is out online...I'm still waiting to get mine in the mail though. They sent me the fall catalog about 2 weeks ago after I signed up (again) to receive their catalogs in the mail. Also, the Lionel Trains Christmas 2011 catalog is available, and lots of other obscure online retailers have 2011 Christmas catalogs available to browse! Happy shopping!!

You could tell they are still working on getting stuff out, but they had most everything out already, it was SO fun browsing through all of that! I even bought an ornament for my Dad! SO excited now!!!

Update: I just went to the Garden Ridge website and they sell so many items. There is one about 40 minutes away from me. I may have to check it out when I go to that area. Thanks for the info.
