Last night Michelle and I became empty nesters. Three kids raised, educated, employed and paying taxes. One lives 750 miles away, another 500 miles, and the last one to move out lives here in town. It's kind of a weird feeling not having any of them here. Christmas morning will be very different for sure.

Oh, Christmas Crazy -- the moment most parents both dread and celebrate is a big milestone in your life. First, Congrats! to you & Michelle on raising 3 beautiful, responsible, and caring children. Why is it I think Daisy will be getting most of the Christmas gifts now? Seriously I hope your children return often for Christmas brunch and spend most of the day at home.
