Enjoy your visit with family Noel. We'll hold down the Christmas fort until you get back. :ornwave:

Here is your sneak peek.

Your Fall display looks lovely. And that little bit of Christmas adds the perfect touch. :smilecc:

Yesterday I let my daughter KK in on what I had did and she couldn't find it. I finally did the hot/cold game with her till she spied them. But then when I got home from church last night, she had told Michelle what I had done and it only took her a minute find them. So then Michelle hid them in a different place before I got home. She thought she was being so sneaky. As I started looking for them, KK hinted where they were and it didn't take long to find them. You just can't trust that girl (KK). :P Now Michelle wants them put back up in the attic.

Oh well. I'll try again when we decorate for Halloween. And I'm NOT telling anyone. :D

It's all Christmas fun until someone takes your decorations away.

Hello my Christmas friends. My brother will be leaving for his home in the morning and my life schedule returns to normal. Whatever that is daily. I have missed chatting with each of you and look forward to visiting with you tomorrow afternoon/evening.

My sister and I went "autumn" and "christmas" shopping before my brother arrived the other day. I found great items at the dollar store and Walmart but Michael's had a 50% off sale. We did more looking than buying but I finished decorating my home inside/outside for autumn!! :peekleaves2:

Every store we visited already had some Christmas items stocked with stacks of boxes yet to open! I am so excited! This year my plan is to take down Autumn the first week of November and then decorate the house for Christmas! The trees -- new small one and our large one -- will go up the morning after thanksgiving as usual. Tradition...........you know. :D

I had a spell of clumsiness this week so I wonder if the Halloween fae are sneakly at work? I broke my favorite Christmas swhite snowflake Scentsy fragrance warmer. It had been a lavish spend for me at work several years ago. I have loved it ever since. Walmart had a cute Love, Life, and Love one I can now use all year long. Still I will miss the snowflake shape bouncing off the walls. :|

A neighbor noticed my autumnal decorations outside and was invited inside to view the decorations too. She said she thought I had 'overdone' it. Who - moi?!?! For the first time in my life I have autumn garlands, wreaths, swags, pumpkins large/small/medium/tiny in every since room. I love it. Of course when it is 105F outside I may have overdone it ........... a bit.
