Michelle, KK, and myself went and had dinner with our son Austin in Atlanta today. It was so nice. We hadn't seen him since Christmas break. We ate at Red Lobster. Double bonus!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! We had friends over for dinner last night (Chinese takeout-yummy!). We have not seen them in a while so it was a Christmas bonus! Then, today we went ice fishing and got to drive around on a 4-wheeler on the ice. It was so much fun! I haven’t been ice fishing in years! It made me think back to going with my uncle and father when I was young. I definitely have to get my father back out there again!

Noel, that day spent with your sister sounds like a blast! Those desserts sound yummy as well. I think gelato can be an anytime of the year food... Fourth of July or Christmas!

This weekend I got to see my nephew play basketball. While there we talked about how fun it would be to have a Christmas sweater party in July since he and his parents didn’t get to come to ours in December because of the weather. It sounds like they are on board!
