Good morning Christmas friends. After some beautiful 80 degree days we are getting some more rain today. After 2 days of farm and yard work I'm enjoying the rainy break. :smilecc:

We MIGHT be getting snow on Friday. If so, it will feel like Christmas again. (I will believe it when I see it, though we have had snow as late as Easter). :snowwow:

My reindeer socks arrived yesterday, looking very Christmas cute. Have to remember to wear them next Wednesday. I have a whole day of meetings here, there and everywhere, Will need some Christmas cheer! Two of the meetings concern the combination of our department with another. This is how I lost an 18 year career in 2002.......it is my experience that mergers never go well for the mergees.......

Something occurred to me as I was getting dressed this morning. my reindeer socks are "knee his". Hm.........now I have to find some Christmas "summer socks". Funny, when I type in red/green sports/summer socks in ebay, all I get are Rasta and Marijuana...........hm.......not quite the Christmas message I was looking for. Must keep looking. Bought some Christmas camo sports socks for my little cousin in SA, so wish they came in my size.

Not too many people like to watch real wrestling. I had to DVR it and will try to watch it this weekend.
Nice to have a friend that's a fan of Christmas and wrestling.

Good Monday morning Christmas friends. Spring has Sprung and the sun is shining so that's always a good sign. :D I started a new thread on the sharing and caring board. This thread is about some financial changes hubby and I are making and about our efforts to stick to a budget in order to finance some big projects in our lives. Feel free to "Cheer Me On".

I took dd to get her Easter pictures made Saturday. The photographer had baby animals...lambs, goats, bunnies, and chicks. While holding the chicks one of them pooped on her beautiful dress. She looked down at it then said 'it's not the first time that's happened. I'm washable' Love my silly little country kid! :D
