My hubby was watching a movie on TV when I heard the definite sounds of a Christmas commercial. I ran to see it and got there just in time to see him skip forward with the remote. It was an old movie that was recorded on our DVR! Of course I made him skip back so I could watch it. And of course he got a good laugh at me for being so Christmas crazy. :smilecc:

Classing Christmas commercial. I love that one!

There is a commercial that comes on TV now and the music starts of sounding like Christmas music. Everytime I hear it, I think "A Christmas commercial already?" LOL I can't remember what company the commercial is for, but it's the one where Hansel and Gretel are using a GPS.

The Cartoon Network is playing Christmas cartoons today. DD just finished watching "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer'. She has a stuffed reindeer that plays that song when you press it's hoof. She plays with it all the time. :reindeer2:

I just set the dvr to record one of my favorite TV series episodes, "The Christmas Watch" episode of Touched By An Angel. I haven't seen it since last Christmas and I am so excited. :snowjump:

Now if you are talking favorite tv Christmas episodes then mine would be from the Andy Griffith Show.

Noel--You haven't missed it! The Touched By An Angel Christmas episode will be on this Thursday on the Hallmark Channel. It's such a touching episode. Although it's very sad, it's also uplifting and very moving. :holly1:

ksrjreed--You must be talking about the classic Andy Griffith episode with the mean old man who plays Scrooge. I recorded it and I watch it all the time. I love it! :smilecc:

Yes the one with the mean old store owner who doesn't have any one to celebrate Christmas with, it is such a good episode, it makes my wife cry every time we watch it.

I got a Lenox catalog in the mail and it has some really beautiful Christmas items in it. It also has some great stuff for Halloween. There's a lighted outdoor decoration that is "Vampire Snoopy". Too cute. I'd love to add it to my Halloween decorations. :pumpkin:

Thanks for the tip Noel. And I hope that your dear hubby was able to record the Touched By An Angel Christmas show. I got to watch it. I am so glad that I recorded it so now I can watch it when I want! I know that some of their shows are on dvd including some Christmas ones. I'll have to check and see if this one is. :smilecc:
