Christmas Bummer: termites in living room ceiling again after treatment on Tuesday. Branch Manager coming to 'speak' with me and explain why they return less than 8 hours after treatment. This should not be a ho-ho-ho conversation!

Lots going on right now including some really bad stuff with my brother. He's been a nightmare to me ever since Dad passed and he didn't get the real estate he thought he was gonna inherit. It's really zapped the Christmas Spirit right out of me. But I'm tired of being upset about it. Life is too short, and Christmas is coming.

Dd has really gotten in to Halloween decorating this year. Our front yard is fabulous! I went shopping yesterday and bought her a new light projector. It has slides for different holidays. Tonight she's trying it out with the Halloween slide. Then after Halloween we can switch it to Christmas.

Rain today and heading to a low of 42 tonight. It finally feels like Fall. And it's quickly feeling like Christmas.

Welcome home, Christmas Elf. You were missed as we wondered if you were ill or something. So sorry to read of your inheritance issue with your brother.
