How many Hallmark Christmas movies have you watched since yesterday? I keep switching between Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies on commercials to follow two movies at once. That, with my baking,makes me a very happy woman.

That sounds like a wonderful Christmasy kind of day.
I haven't been home enough to watch any. But just knowing they're on makes my Christmas Spirit soar.

What time is your sunrise and sunset right now Jolly? As we head towards winter it's got be a very short day you all. I think I would become depressed after Christmas.

What time is your sunrise and sunset right now Jolly? As we head towards winter it's got be a very short day you all. I think I would become depressed after Christmas.

I am depressed after Halloween. There is a little daylight each day, but it is often cloudy, so it is more gray. Swedes say November is the most depressing month because it is dark and wet, but things get brighter with Christmas. I think some people keep them up all year and just turn them on in October. We saw some Christmas lights on the way home on from the cruise. Personally, I think February is the worst month. You are sick of snow and Christmas is over, yet you have a potential of 3 more months of snow.

Personally, after living here in the land of the permanent sun, I would rejoice to live sun free for a few months. It is the exact opposite of what Hoosiers call the "blizzard effect". Depression can happen in bright glaring sun with unrelenting 120+
temperatures just as well as -20F sunless days. And I am struggling for a month now to feel like it will ever -- ever! -- change to cooler under 70F weather.
