My sister is coming in a few minutes because a dear '2nd Mom' passed this past week. Her viewing, funeral and internment are this morning/afternoon. I already miss her sweet spirit and great faith in the Lord. So, my Christmas friends,

So sorry, it is hard to lose parental figures. There were three sets of friends' parents who took me in.....they are all gone now. I realize that I am one of the few I know who still have both my parents.

Merry Christmas Tuesday! Woohoo! We are T minus 3 days till we leave on the Christmas cruise! I cannot wait. Got bad report from the dr and two new meds, but I am not going to start them until january 1. Don't want to rock the boat when we will be so remote.........and I want to ENJOY myself on the cruise. Maybe skip the dessert buffet but I at least want to eat the desserts that come with our prepaid 3 course dinners.

Watching A Royal Christmas on youtube. I have been looking for the ION movie Christmas Cruise but so far no Christmas luck. Freezing outside and too hot inside, so I am trying to think cool Christmas thoughts......

Okay, I have been wrong this whole time. We are going to Santa Park, not Santa Village, close but not the same thing. https://santaparkarcticworld.com/santapark
Which is quite okay, the park is only open November-January and we were already talking about taking a "ground" trip (cruise ship/train, or flying) another time to see what we miss this time around. Santa Village is open year round and might make a nice Christmas in July vacation.
