Heaven is having a huge celebration as Billy Graham has gone home. What an amazing life he has led. I enjoy watching his old sermons and listening to his great messages. What a legacy. His son Franklin heads my favorite charity Operation Christmas Child.

Noel, this has been a crazy week. We had a lockdown at the school I teach at because of a threat. We all got home safe, but it is a scary and anxious time in schools. I am happy to have my Christmas friends here!

In the last 36 Hours it has gone from 30 degrees with a foot of snow on the ground to 65 degrees and all the snow melted... and back to 20 degrees with flurries. Mother Nature is as excitable as we all are on Christmas morning!

I told Perky that we should celebrate Valentine's Day on the 15th of Feb every year.
Bouquets were 1/3 the price and it is fun to see what you can pick up. Like Christmas, Valentine's Day is in the heart and Perky treats me like a Valentine all year long.

Glad you and your school are safe Christmas friend. I've heard of threats being issued from schools all over. I even heard where one was a threat from someone overseas. They are trying to take advantage of our fear. It's such a sad time. We need the light of Christmas shining through this darkness.

Before dark last night are temps dipped below freezing. Just enough to give the trees a nice coating of ice. Pretty enough for a Christmas card.
