Breakfast: egg,cheese and ham burrito
Lunch: small southwestern salad
Dinner: turkey meatloaf, red potatoes with herbs, veggies and a cookie. :dinner:

Breakfast: apple-cinnamon oatmeal with banana slices; water
Lunch: ham, cheese, lettuce & tomato wrap; water
Dinner: veggie burger, sliced red potatoes with parmessian cheese sauce; veggies and water. Oh, and a sugar-free cookie planned. :dinner:

Breakfast: Traditional [eggs, bacon, country potatoes and one slice toast] at First Watch
Picnic Lunch: cold cut sandwiches, potato salad, macaroni salad, lettuce salad, fresh fruit, water and more water.
No dinner.
