Merry Friday Christmas! I listened to some Christmas OTR with Fibber McAgee and Molly on the way to work today! Having a dinner and movie date tomorrow with hubby. It is almost as much fun as Christmas!

Election day at the North Pole. We made Höstgryta, a sort of stew with beef and butternut squash. I had forgotten how hard it is to cut up butternut. It was almost as much work as Christmas dinner, but oh so good when it was finished. Made semi-medieval apple tarts for dessert. I put two in the freezer for after Christmas. :dinner:

I'm sort of watching Nascar, but mostly playing on my computer right now. I just saw a Hallmark Christmas commercial in the living room where KK is watching TV. Seeing the all the Christmas stuff in Kohl's the other day has me excited for the upcoming season. If we could just get some cooler weather soon, that would be great.

Good morning Christmas friends. another crazy week. I really need calm weeks before our Texas Trip so I can get all the work done that is needed. I am also really anxious about the flying. Pray for calm hearts and Christmas peace.

howdy all...WOWOWOW crazy days for me the last week or so.

i was supposed to head to Maryland for the Delmarva Bike Week (something i look forward to every year and would have been my 8th straight year) however my 7 year old daughter broke her arm and so that was a huge change of plans and busy time going to doctors, hospitals, radiology units, and getting her back in school and a some new obstacles for her. however she is a trooper and doing well.

i jokingly told my wife since i missed bike week i'm gonna have to decorate for christmas early LOLOLOLOL

anyhow i'm in full holiday mode now i think, getting kids halloween costumes in order and getting house ready for fall decorations.

thanks Christmas Crazy for posting those hallmark movie write ups. some of them sound really good.
