Okay I know it's been a while since I did one of these, but CandyKane inspired me.

She took a poll that asked What Christmas Character are you? I thought not a bad question, so
What Christmas Character do you think you are or relate to best and why?
This is one I'm going to have to think a bit about. Can't wait to read the responses.

Hmmm...great question! I am surprised no one has responded yet. I can start...I feel like I identify with Herbie the elf from Rudolph. We are both going through the motions with our jobs until we can do we really want. With my passion for Christmas, I sometimes feel out of place and like misfit. I am glad I found this forum to express myself with people who understand me.

I find a little of me in so many characters but none of them fit me to a tee. And maybe that is because none of them feature the birth of Christ - the true meaning of Christmas - that so fills my heart. Or maybe I just haven't grown up enough yet............

Happy Birthday Jesus! Thank you for all the beauty and love you have brought to the world. Amazing! I loved being at church celebrating your life last night.

Perhaps Noel you're a bit like Linus. His line in Charlie Brown's Christmas was my favourite when I was younger, perhaps he's the character I identify most with. Although sometimes I feel like Ellen Griswold trying to hold everything together.

I believe the episode is about how Charlie Brown has trouble doing a report for school over the Christmas break.

I just took down the last of the Christmas decorations and put the tree out in the yard. It is going to be picked up for merry mulch this weekend. It makes me sad that things have winded down. My heart is still happy though. The snow is falling outside. Keep that spirit alive all year long!
