Now remember, in this thread we can talk about anything - how life is going, memorable moments, frustrations, joys, etc.. The only one "rule" is that somewhere in each post you mention the word 'Christmas'. It could be in your greeting or closing - you could just throw it in anywhere as long as it's there.

Have fun and Enjoy!

I'm enjoying a very lazy moring after a very, very busy Christmas Day! Had a wonderful time with family and good friends this year. And of course there was lots and lots of awesome food. I am so blessed and thankful for every moment. Merry Day after Christmas!! :merrytree:

I think I'll head out in awhile and hit some of the after Christmas sales. Now is the best time to buy for the Operation Christmas Child boxes. :shop:

I will be going to lunch and hitting up some after Christmas sales with my brothers and their wives/girlfriends. Another one of our traditions.

Just had a great dinner of Christmas day leftovers with my family. Now we are getting ready to play some games. Apples to Apples is first.

Lingering in the glow of Christmas, and fatigued enough to go to bed early, its always a little sad the day after Christmas. :holly1:

I just know I gained 5 lbs yesterday! For once, in decades, I had a 2nd helping of glazed carrots and prime rib! Christmas dinners are superduper!

Noel, I try to leave my decorations up as long as I can. Usually the weekend after New Years things start to come down. It does takes few days though. I would Iove to keep them up until my birthday in February (day before Valentine's Day). :gbhouse:

This is a very sad day for me. My dog, that I have had for 13 years, passed away last night. I'm sad but also a little relieved as she was suffering with various ailments and I was going to have to have her put to sleep. This is one reason that Christmas 2011 wasn't the greatest one for me. I'm thankful that we had one final Christmas with her. She got her stocking filled by Santa one last time. She was a wonderful pet and my baby long before I had a real one. I truly believe that when you get to heaven, you are reunited with every pet you have ever loved. This gives me great comfort. :holly1:

The outside lights will stay on and the inside decorations will stay up until after the New Year. This is a tradition I have had since I've been married. Kinda glad to put Christmas 2011 behind me so that I can start looking forward to 2012. :candle2:

I dvr'd the new episode of the Simpson's from Christmas night. I love the Simpson's and especially love the Halloween and Christmas shows.
