Favourite Ornament

In another thread kiwidogy_max asked: What is your favorite decoration/ornament in your home during the Christmas holiday?

I thought it deserved it's own thread, so here it is.

Very difficult question to answer! HMMMM!!! I love them all!
I love all the decorations the children make, those are my first pick, I think second might be my "Victorian Christmas Tree Tinsel". These I always put on the real tree. :scene:

My favorite holiday decoration would have to be my twinkle lights...it doesn't feel like it's properly xmas without seeing them on the tree!

 Just noticed I forgot to answer the question!

For me, it is the ones the family gifted us to start our new collection a couple of years ago.

For mysely, I would have to say it is a tie between the manger my father made for me and my grandmother's decorations I received after she had passed away. Everything of hers reminds me of my wonderful Christmases as a child. I can't help but love the season. I am off the get ready for the tacky Christmas sweater party I am hosting! Talk to you all soon!! God Bless

The Tacky Christmas Sweater party was quite fun! Almost everyone had a great sweater, sweatshirt, or t-shirt with a fun Christmas Theme. I had a Winnie the Pooh red sweater with snow flakes and trees on it! I will attach pictures tomorrow. :-) We made up some hot spiced apple cider (with some rum), eggnog, and lots of great food (the scallops wrapped in bacon were EXCELLENT) for friends. We also did a Yankee gift swap. I ended up with some cute snowman wine glass charms. It was a great evening with great friends!
