Ev'rywhere you go;
Take a look in the five and ten glistening once again
With candy canes and silver lanes aglow.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Toys in ev'ry store
But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be
On your own front door.
A pair of hopalong boots and a pistol that shoots
Is the wish of Barney and Ben;
Dolls that will talk and will go for a walk
Is the hope of Janice and Jen;
And Mom and Dad can hardly wait for school to start again.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev'rywhere you go;
There's a tree in the Grand Hotel, one in the park as well,
The sturdy kind that doesn't mind the snow.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas;
Soon the bells will start,
And the thing that will make them ring is the carol that you sing
Right within your heart.

Just can't wait to eat at home again!!!! And they're coming just in time for our Santa Claus parade "after party".
School has been a bit hectic - teacher-librarian is now a halftime position, so the new librarian does 2 jobs and is a bit overwhelmed, so I'm trying to do as much as possible to help, so I'm working harder now. This week is also our Book Fair week, so I'm there everyday - as it is I'm at school 3 days.
My girls made the school volleyball team and their first game is on the 11th after school, so I'm hoping the appliances come early so hubby can see the game. I'm so proud of them!!!!
Hubby wants to get the Christmas decorations up early this year - finally !!!

We didn't want to spend a lot since we're planning on moving to a bigger place soon. We bought a slender tree that is 6 feet tall for only $25. We couldn't wait, so we went ahead and put it up. The tree is so laden with ornaments that you can't even tell how cheap it is! We love it! I'll take pictures and post them later tonight.

Well this week the pastor set things straight with them and I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders. I'm really glad these Grinches won't be stealing my Christmas!
