Absolutely beautiful Spring day here. Don't want any cold weather back until Christmas. 8-)

I ordered a CD called Christmas in July by Judith Owen. My normally congenial husband says I have to wait until Christmas in July to listen to it. Bahhumbug! :shop: :snowwow:

It's raining today. Woke up this morning to a thunderstorm....lightening, thunder, and WIND. It was scary for a while. Just glad the really bad storms stayed south of us. Cleaning house today and listening to some Christmas tunes.

Busy weekend for us. Saturday we had a workday at church then I came home and finished planting my veggie garden. And Sunday we skipped church for a family day out. I always hate to miss church, but the break was much needed and well enjoyed.
Last night we had a bad thunderstorm. It was really scary for awhile and we stayed under a tornado watch for much of the night. The storms are the only thing I hate about Spring. Missing Christmas, but not missing the cold. :D

Hi ya'll!! :D

I now have computer access again and my computer was rebuilt after it crashed. I sure have missed ya'll at CAY!

Christmas in July seems far away here. Our highest spring temperature was 94F 3 weeks ago.

Think Snow! :snowwow:

A Christian devotion by Our Daily Bread for both Christmas and Easter!

It is Fiesta time in my hometown of San Antonio Texas. The biggest city-wide celebration but it does not compare to Christmas.

Viva Fiesta! Happy Christmas in April! :snowwow: :balloons:

In all my many years of buying on ebay....I just had my first bad experience with a seller. :razzberry: Luckily I finally got it resolved without having to use ebays help and got my refund. I'm so happy about it. I think I'll use it to buy something for Christmas. :hohat:

Jwlundgren....Thanks for the Christmas/Easter devotional. One of the songs our Sunday School kids are singing this year is a song celebrating the connection of the 2 with the ringing of bells. It's very sweet. :carolbells: :angelmerry:

Today, for some weird reason, our local station interrupted a show with half an M&M's Christmas commercial! THEN we watched Little House on Hallmark: the family/friends Christmas episode. Just perfect! :scene:

That sounds fun. I am from San Antonio, TExas, I suspect it is close to that. We had 10 months of summer. IN Sweden, we have 7 months of winter. On Tuesday, we are going to a church service that I think will be alot like a Christmas lessons and carols, the reading of the passion gospels mixed with lent hymns. I am looking forward to it.
