Does anyone know if Scentsy makes any scents specifically for Christmas? I know they have a sugar cookie scent but I don't know of any others.

When all else fails, google it! Just googled Scentsy Christmas and found a Christmas Cottage scent. So I checked ebay and they have it listed as discontinued and hard to find. They also have the discontined Christmas tree scent. So I can only hope that they will put out some new scents for 2011. Now to find a warmer that would go with the holiday decor..... :D

You know, CandyKane, scent is such an important part of the Christmas season! It brings back to me memories of my Grandma, Aunts, and of course my special Moma fixing their holiday treats. Sweet, warm memories. I like to scent my house all the time.........but have cut back except for Christmas. It's that important to me.

I'm going to try some of those luscious :D scents too!

I'm watching the Santa Clause 2 on Starz. Nothing like a good Christmas movie in July.

I have great news! I was watching TV today, when I saw a Pepsi commercial for Christmas in July, filled with Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and elves. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8jmSdO2 ... sF4bQmwFog

CandyKane & ksrjreed so glad you enjoyed your Christmas flicks! Perfect timing with Christmas in July just a few weeks away! :smilecc:

FatherChristmas thanks for the link but I saw the commercial on Fox a couple of days ago. To me the real Santa only drinks coke! Just love that retro Coke Santa! :D

I agree, Santa and Coke go together like Christmas and snow. I just thought that it was cool because it's a Christmas commercial in July. Didn't know you already saw it though

FatherChristmas--Thanks for the great link. I have not seen this commercial before. I have to admit that I adore the Coke Santa Christmas commercials. But I love this one because Pepsi is my drink of choice. :smilecc:

Yeah, Coke has some of the greatest Christmas commercials in history. I just thought that this Pepsi commercial was good because it's a Christmas commercial in July :D

Made my day! I told my Swedish husband we have to have Pepsi Max for Christmas in July in northern sweden! LOL In Sweden, we have special soft drinks for Christmas and Easter called Julmust and Påskmust, sort of a cross between rootbeer and the original saspirilla it came from.

During my annual Christmas in July websearch (which is how I found this group last year :-) ), I noticed many churches are calling their Vacation Bible School, Christmas in July. I would have loved this if I was a child, or even still working for a church. Here is one sample:

http://ridgewood.patch.com/events/vacat ... 18-21-2011

I am trying to see if any church lists their particular devotionals used during that week as we would love to incorporate them into our own devotional time that week. I also found a church website with a sermon series for Christmas in July if you like to listen to sermons on the net. The first two are already posted. It is a five week series, so that could work as the basis for daily devotions as well. :-)

Once a church admin, always a church admin. If your church is doing anything for Christmas in July, I´d love to hear about it!
