Really? not even secular ones like garland or white lights? I was searching online for examples of "office decor" and did find one sight that suggested you not use red or green for fear of "offending" others. They suggested black and white and I thought, how boring. I had one Jewish friend in the US who went all out with blue and white decor and lights with snowflakes and snowmen as her motif and a giant menorrah in the yard with attachable "flames". (I do admit she was a rather eccentric person to begin with and hardly the "norm", but it was cute) You could put a sign on your door/desk that says "happy everything", but then I am evil.
I think other celebrations should be acknowledged, but christmas is the most widespread worldwide.
