Cool whip mixed with crushed candy canes and put into either a chocolate cookie pie crust or graham cookie pie crust. Freeze until ready to serve. There is a chocolate pudding pie version, where you sprinkle crushed candycanes on top. I am now craving candy cane pie. If only I had cool whip!

Oh, but first there is Epiphany, the St. Knut´s Day on January 13 (in Sweden) then Valentine´s Day, then St Patrick´s Day, then Easter, then Memorial Day if you are in the US, then Flag Day (also US), then Independence Day, then Christmas in July and you are over half way there!
