Garden Ridge has started setting out their Christmas stuff.

Thanks for sharing. For me, it's always a pleasant surprise when I turn the corner in a store and see Christmas items for the first time. I look forward to Dollar Tree & Hobby Lobby having some Christmas merchandise soon. I haven't been to Hobby Lobby in a while, they may already have some out.

Hobby Lobby started putting out Christmas items at the end of June. I stopped by the other day, and they had a lot more set out. I get so excited every time I go there.

Wow, I don't think I have ever seen stores with the Christmas decor out this early.

Hobby Lobby is probably 60% stocked for Christmas.
I love going in there and getting lost in the isles.

Wow - so many Christmas items! It's not like that here, but then the temperatures are near 110F so people are not in the mood. I am always in the Christmas mood, but sadly I am an exception in the land of sun & heat.

No Christmas sightings here yet. But the Fall and Halloween stuff will be hitting the stores in August.

My wife and I went to Garden Ridge today. They have their Christmas Trees out and all lit up. But not much more than that. We bought a little Fall decoration for $6. I love this time of year when we start planning for Fall. Cause I know Christmas will be next.

Oh, I so miss planning for Fall. It's about a month + away in Indy. Here it'll still be over 100F ......... so I used dried/silk pumpkins, leaves, candles in the house so it feels like Autumn!

And then? CHRISTMAS!

Hobby Lobby is jammed packed with Christmas items now.
Michael's has a few things out. I saw them stocking more shelves today.
Garden Ridge has a huge display of Christmas Trees out and lit up, plus a lot more.
Went to a Fall Arts and Crafts Festival this weekend and saw quite a few booths with Christmas items.

I absolutely love this time of year. The "BER" months.

I was in our Dollar General today and they have Christmas items on several endcaps. My favorite thing was red, white, and green holiday m&m's scented candles.

I was in WalMart tonight and noticed they had cleared off a bunch of shelves in the seasonal department. Wonder what they're making room for? (sarcasm implied)

was at Walt Disney World yesterday and they were putting out their Christmas items - I took some pics, so when I get home I'll post them, plus heading to Bronner's soon!!!
