The night sky is bright here and the snow is falling. It feels like Christmas all over again!

I had a tough day yesterday with my car being hit. Fortunately, I wasn't in the car when it happened. It does have quite a bit of damage to the front and side though. It all happened while I was tutoring... Hopefully this will be a quick fix! Hoping for a late Christmas gift.

Today was a Very Snowy day at work. About 8 inches fell with more to follow tomorrow! While it was beautiful, unfortunately, there was a bad accident on the way to work in the morning. I hope everyone involved will be alright, although it did not look good. Sending Christmas prayers to the families of those involved. I sure my coworkers for stepping up and helping those that were injured.

I am sending Christmas good wishes to my friend who is having ACLU surgery tomorrow morning. Good luck and heal quickly my friend!! I have been through that twice and know how tough a road that is to bounce back from. I am sure he will be fine though.

We actually had snow hit the ground here today! A storm dropped temps to under 70F and we had snow. Okay, it melted the minute it hit the ground.........but still SNOW. It felt exactly like Christmas past in my life! So glad you have such wonderful snowydays kiwi!

I have found myself to have a problem, a good problem in my eyes, and the problem is that I can only clean my house with Christmas music playing. Listening to Christmas music just gives me the energy I need to get things done around the house.

ksrjreed, it sure makes it a lot more fun. Since we gotta clean the house anyway, we might as well tickle the ears and touch the heart with some Christmas music.

I love that you start your Christmas shopping early. I'm always looking for something to buy my wife. She is so hard to shop for. All she likes is clothes, shoes, and jewelry. She has to pick out her shoes and clothes. And I can't afford the jewelry right now. But maybe something else will catch her eye that I can go get and then surprise her this Christmas.

Winter isn't quite finished with us yet. Wednesday morning I was jolted out of bed at 4am by the cell phone screeching about an ice storm warning. Ugh! The sleet moved in early afternoon with the rain the next day. We actually had a thunder ice storm with lots of rain and lightening. It was neat but scary. Fortunately we didn't get the amount of ice buildup that was forecast so the trees didn't break and the power stayed on. The roads were horrible though. It's really melted today so I hope this is our last bout with winter precipation. It's no fair having winter weather without Christmas. I'm ready for Spring.
