I am planning a big Christmas display this year. As most of you know, my oldest will be a senior this year so this could very well be her last Christmas in the house. I am planning on going completely Clark Griswold this year, with probably the same amount of success. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday and I will talk later. :smilecc:

We have our VBS in July every year. One year I would love to do a Christmas in July VBS. I know that they kids would love it. :smilecc:

Hope you have a great time! I am watching youtube videos of flag day ceremonies. The Elks lodge put on an interesting one about the history of all the flags that have represented the US. I have learned alot.

Happy Flag Day USA!

Happy flag day to everyone and I hope everyone has a great Friday, this has been an exhausting but rewarding week, but I think I am ready to celebrate Christmas in June, July, and August. In fact might as well make it the rest of the year. :smilecc:

Hope you have a chance to rest Saturday, as I am certain you are very busy on Sundays. Does VBS continue next week?

And, yes, at this forum we celebrate Christmas every day of the year! You fit in perfectly ksrjreed! :smilecc:

Some very close family friends lost their home in the Colorado fires. They were just back from vacation for 1 day, when the evacuation order came. Those firefighters are working so hard in such hot dry heat. The picture of Royal Gorge bridge just broke my heart -- its one of my fave places in Colorado - looks like a bomb went off. No trees! No grass! Sending prayers of protection for all the firefighters, home owners and lost pets, and wild animals.
