Merry Tinsel Tuesday! I have started the Christmas in July e book. It seems cute. It is hard to say how "long" an ebook will be, but the chapters are short. Perky has a new "surf board" on loan from his resource room job. He is not impressed and does not want one for Christmas.

I keep forgetting to post this and now Noel is without internet, but maybe she will catch up. I saw on someone´s blog (which of course I now cannot find) that instead of putting candles in those rounded candle glasses, for Christmas in July, put colored sand, rocks, etc with a little christmas scene! I will try to locate the blog but so far no luck. You could also put a santa beach scene!

Wassail Wednesday? Went on a day cruise yesterday with my beautiful husband. So far, no ill affects from the chemo. His hair is going more silver than brown, but at age 52, that could be "natural". At least he still has hair so far.........We chose the day for the cruise based on cooler temps. We had packed a picnic lunch but could find no dry spot out of the rain to eat it. So, we wound up having kebab. The dinner on the way back on the ship was marvelous! It almost felt like Christmas!

Aw......have to look for alternate sources. We got a tv app for the "smart tv" but Hallmark was not included. Have to get ready for Christmas in July!

Has anyone seen the Christmas in July ice cream from Bluebell this year? My aunt said she would buy some and save it for us to try when we hope to visit in November.
