I can't wait to get into both books! I am currently reading "The Christmas Tree," by Julie Salamon. It is a great book I read every year. I definitely would suggest it! :singing:

I finished The Christmas Tree book. It was only about 118 pages. It is the story of how the man in charge of picking the Christmas tree that goes in Rockefeller Center (and all other gardening duties for that space) rekindles his love of the job. He has been bogged down by the stress of his duties and loses sight of what first drew him to his love of gardening.

On his journey to find the perfect tree, be meets a nun who has a best friend, Tree. Tree is a Norway Spruce that has grown up with the nun most of her life. Her relationship with Tree and the Rockefeller Center Gardener make this story both entertaining and enlightening.

At the end of June, I was given a book as a thank you gift for volunteering at the school (I volunteer in the Library). I read it over 2 days and really enjoyed it. Now the movie just came out today (Aug 19). The book, One Day by David Nicholls.
