A cold front is moving through and it's made for a dreary and drizzly morning. Temps are gonna drop down into the 40s at night :cold:

and be up in the 70s during the day. Love the Fall! :cheer:

106F which ties a record set in 2010. Walking to the courthouse in this heat at 7am was doable BUT walking back at 5pm made me nauseous. I almost fainted. Thinking of Autumn crisp breezes. :cry:

Windy and sunny this afternoon. Coolish but pleasant. There is talk that Saturday evening into Sunday morning we may see a few flakes. Could just stay rain, a couple hours north of here will more likely see snow than us. It is early for flurries here but not unheard of. We had a dusting of snow on the ground the first week of October nine years ago. It was gone by noon but our youngest ,our puppy at the time and I played in it briefly after the older two caught the bus to school.

High of 81F today and 85 tomorrow. Absolutely beautiful Fall weather.
Cool down coming Sun & Mon. High's in the mid 60's.

Still in triple digits!! 101F today; then 09-98F for a couple of days. Everytime they predict cooler temps the sun fools them!

We finally got some rain last night. Not much but it did settle the dust, wash things off, and clear everything up. The sky was an amazing clear blue this morning. We're about 20 degrees cooler than yesterday so that's quite a shock. The cooler temps will be perfect for the pumpkin patch this weekend. :pumpkin:

Woke up this morning to a beautiful cloudy sky!!

No rain but temps dropped and forecasts are for 90F. I am beyond ready for double-digit temps. It looks like Fall. :peekleaves2:

Brrrr! There is no denying it is furnace season now. The last few days have been chilly. Heavy, heavy frost. No snow like many places have been getting the last two days. I am perfectly fine with waiting until November. I would like to enjoy the Autumn colours awhile longer.
