Baking day 2, second round of cheese balls this time with poppy seed and then making pimento cheese (with White cheddar and "tex mex" cheese), an experiment for the North Pole Christmas Kitchen, and then carrot/raisin salad. Perky has to work a full day and I was reminded last night why having peanut butter sandwiches is a good idea. We won't be able to Cook the ham until tonight. This year's christmas has is going to have a split personality with cloves down the middle and then a Swedish side and american side. Should be interesting..........

Woke up to a crazy thunderstorm this morning. The tornado sirens were going off in town as a precaution but the worst of the storm was at least 20 miles from us. It's wild out there for sure. Hoping this will all move out in a little while. We were planning to go to my Dads today to start getting ready for Christmas. :holly1:

Dds been begging to open a gift on Christmas Eve Eve so this morning she jumped out of bed and ran to the tree and grabbed the one she wanted. She really thought it was an iPod but it's the color changing wireless speaker to go with her new iPod. Haha  Just two more days baby girl. Two more days. :angelmerry:

Personally I am disappointed in ABC Family channel this year. In January they become a teen-focused Freeform channel. But through Christmas Eve & Christmas Day they're showing Harry Potter movies. Really?! They used to rerun all the classic Rankin-Bass Christmas animated shows and the kiddos loved it. :|
