Did anyone else watch Passion Live last night?

If so, what did you think of it?

Makes me wonder if Fox will try to put out a Nativity Live when Christmas comes around.

Not yet. We recorded it. Hopefully we'll watch it soon. A friend of mine really liked it.

I hope more shows like it come out this Christmas.

Zelma has a cyst that was drained today and will be removed on 7 April and sent to pathology. The vet Believes that even if it is cancerous, that it is local and otherwise she is in good Health for her age.

Very happy to read such good news about Zelma! Sure hope she gets better soon. This Easter - like Christmas - Zelma needs a treat!

Yes, ksrjreed, we watched The Passion -- live last night. It was a beautiful & creative performance. I found it moving, unique and impactful in our lives.

However, the ratings this morning show it was a only at the 'acceptable' level. That truly is a disappointment. Let's hope Fox continues to pioneer more Christian programming and more people tune in to view the experience.

My cousin lives in an area between Antwerp and Brussels. Fortunately, her husband lives within Walking distance from work so they are not affected by the transportation ban. That is not the Airport we use when we visit them, but it could happen anywhere. I am glad we are not traveling this Easter.

Hoping my Christmas friends will keep all in prayer at this time.

As we approach the Easter Weekend, I want to wish all my Christmas friends a blessed easter.

As Maudy Thursday draws to a close, I want to wish all Christians on CAY a blessed Good Friday tomorrow, Next to Christmas & Easter, it is the 3rd most holy day of our year.

In a strange twist of the calendar, Christmas meets Easter today on Good Friday as it is also "waffle day" in Sweden, which is on the traditional date of the Annunciation of our Lord. We had the liturgical celebration of Annunciation on one of the Sundays in Lent.
Wishing all my Christmas friends a blessed Good Friday. I have read that in times past there was nothing open, no tv broadcasts, and the only Music on the radio was "funeral Music". Each Lent in the Swedish Church, a different gospel is read and emphasized. This is the year of Matthew. Perky's birthday is on April 12, but in the year he was born, that date was Good Friday or Long Friday in Swedish. I am sure his mother would agree that was indeed a "long" friday.

Perky just confirmed that he does indeed remember the Days when there was only "classical" Music on the state controlled radio stations Before commercialization, which took Place alot more recently than I thought.
