Woke up to dreams of Christmas Past and so ready for some cold weather. The rest of the USA is in a chill but here it is summer already. Still it is Christmas in my heart! So I plan on making some Christmas sugar cookies tonight.

I just finished a PB&J and now I'm surfing thru Youtube looking for Christmas movie trailers/announcements for 2016. No such luck so far.

But, It's A Wonderful Movie blog has a long list of movies coming out this year.
Can't wait.

Winding down the day at the North Pole. Hope all my Christmas friends had a good one. We will be back to summer temps by the weekend. This does not bode well for June, July, and August.

Do you have Amazon Prime movies? If you do watch Stickman. I loved reading the book with my dd. And the movie is perfect to watch with or without kiddos. It's just really sweet. And it starts and ends with Christmas. :smilecc:

Don't watch much in the ways of videos through Prime but as for the two day shipping it makes Christmas shopping that much more enjoyable, and when we do go to the mall during the Christmas rush we can just relax and enjoy ourselves knowing we can get most of what we want through Amazon and have it in two days. :smilecc:

70F is considered hot. but remember no AC at the North Pole, and our buildings are like Dutch ovens. We broil like the Christmas turkey in the heat.

Trying to think what to cook this weekend.........something easy as we will be out most of Saturday at the cemetery and doing inside chores on Sunday......I wish Santa would give me a cook and a maid next Christmas.
