Trying to think what to cook this weekend.........something easy as we will be out most of Saturday at the cemetery and doing inside chores on Sunday......I wish Santa would give me a cook and a maid next Christmas.

Well my Christmas wish of a cool spring and summer is going out the window this week. We are suppose to hit highs in the upper 80's by this weekend with scattered thunderstorms to go with it. Counting down the days to my beautiful fall days and then the snowfall of winter and the Christmas season.


Wait, I am a CAYer, Christmas season is all year for me, now if we can just get the weather to cooperate.

Wow, it gets earlier and earlier. Seems I remember the Christmas Ornament premier more to the middle of the month during the 6 years I worked in a Hallmark shop. And there all my beautiful ornaments sit in the basement. oh well.

Happy Rudolph Day! Unfortunately, I forgot to wear my Rudolph socks. OH well, one more Rudolph Day closer to Christmas and only 1 more between now and Christmas in July!

Had to work yesterday so will be celebrating my Rudolph Day this weekend. I have the task of going through my Christmas closet and taking notes on what we have and don't have and what I would like to get for the upcoming season. It makes my heart feel light knowing I am talking Christmas and Christmas decorations. One day closer!
