That's one of the best Christmas Saturday names yet!

Since we have a better chance of getting to Copenhagen and the Santa World Congress is one week earlier than I would have thought I am trying to subscribe to their facebook page so I take off the right week next year. They call the event for the public "Jul i Juli"-Swedish for Christmas in July.

Thanks for the Christmas compliment on my choice for a Saturday name.

That event sounds like great fun! Here's hoping you can work out all the details. "Jul i Juli" :D

Not sure we will make it next year for Christmas in July,
as our main goal for 2017 if the 10th Anniversary Norway Cruise, but we shall see. Copenhagen is alot closer than Australia! Need to find a new cat sitter though. I am thinking to Contact our local Church and see if my friend the janitor knows of anyone in the Church who lives Close enough to come over or wouldn't mind having the cats in their home. Here you are not allowed to officially adopt animals from the shelters after age 60, so could be some retired person who loves cats but doesn't travel much?? one can hope. I also want to "try them out" on a short trip Before I trust them to anyone for 2-3 weeks.........

We have 3 weather advisories for the next 10 days: excessive record-breaking heat, highest pollen count and severe dust storms. I am dreading this horrible weather. Like you, CC, we usually don't have these warnings til monsoon in late July or August. They're now predicting it will last til September. I need to move to the North Pole -- and before Christmas!! :| Image

Let's move to the North Pole and really have Christmas all year1!!!

Michelle and I had fun in Madison, GA today. It was a 90 minute drive northeast thru the Oconee National Forest. So beautiful. I didn't buy anything, but I did stop in an antique mall that had a Christmas booth. I was so temped to a lot of things. But I didn't. We just don't have the room to set out any more decorations.

I was in Hobby Lobby yesterday and they had not put any more Christmas decorations out but they did have quite a few more Fall decorations on display.
I'm really looking forward to the 'Ber months.

I'm in the same Christmas boat you are. No room room. But I still love looking. It's always fun to fun vintage decorations at flea markets and antique stores. :treewiggle: :treewiggle:

We took dd fishing yesterday. She caught a nice catfish all by herself. She was as excited as Christmas morning. :smilecc:

I'm making homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast this morning. The whole house smells like Christmas. :scene:
