Please tell Perky we wish him a Happy Caturday for being so loving towards Zoe & Zelda. :D

I need to find a new cat sitter for Zoe and Zelma Before the Texas trip. Please add that to your Christmas prayers.

Back to work after vacation. I feel as tired as Santa on Christmas Day.

Some more Leon Day ideas. We do the Hawaiian theme for Christmas in July.

We had a beautiful day today. Mid 80's with low humidity.
But just like Christmas, all good things must come to an end. Mid to high 90's all week and next week looks like it might be the same.

Well, here the thought of mid-90s temps sound like autumn! Atleast Christmas is usually under 80F. Hope your week has better weather than predicted. :D

It's supposed to be 100F Friday and Saturday. So we are heading to the beach on Friday and we have a pool party to go to on Saturday.
But I'm still dreaming of a cool Autumn and Christmas.

used to be if we saw a stray "julmust" the christmas soda at the arabic grocery we would buy it, but sadly that neighborhood grocery is closing 30 June. so, maybe one last time....
Perky brings out the Christmas beer he has saved and we bring out the Christmas coffee.

Since we drink eggnog Cold in Texas, I sometimes make it for Christmas in July, more like what my grandmother called "egg milk"-low sugar, non alcohol version. If I were in the US and had Bacardi frozen drink mix, I would mix it with sprite and half and half for a creamy cool treat. Put it in the blender with ice. hm............... :dinner:

Bought some hazelnut coffee today for Saturday's Half Christmas fika. I have to remember to buy a muffin on the way home on Thursday since Everything is closed Friday and Saturday. I also bring out the raisin and chrismtas bread I have in the freezer and the Christmas toilet paper and kitchen paper.
