Our church passed out restaurant gift certificates for free meals yesterday for Fathers Day. Since they had plenty they gave everyone one. Now that's showing some Christmas Spirit! :smilecc:

Tomorrow the days get shorter, the nights get longer, and three months later we'll slide into Fall.

And Christmas will coming quickly behind that.

Well Scrooge tried to steal our Christmas joy today but he failed. :smilecc:

Our hoses blew up due the excessive heat and flooded a large area. The plumber just left so now we have water again. Wasting water here in drought land is heartbreaking. But we recover.

I meant hoses that water the grass or hoses (pipes) that supply the house with water or hoses (pipes) inside the house?

Maybe my Christmas brain isn't thinking correctly.

This early morning in the pre-dawn light it actually sounded so peaceful outdoors. Of course our low was 89F.........but it looked calm. And that of course made me think of Christmas. A lovely way to begin my day. Think Christmas thoughts my elf friends!

IF Christmas was celebrated your way:

What would be your decorating theme?
Would every room be decorated?
