That means only 121 days until turkey and dressing. 121 days until I see Santa ride down the street in the Macy's parade. And only 121 days until I put up my Christmas tree. Woohoo!

Every year during the week of Thanksgiving I make several hundred chocolate chip cookies. But now I may be having back surgery in October or November so I'll have to make them early and freeze them. Maybe at the end of September before I go back to work from my shoulder surgery.
Gotta keep up that Thanksgiving tradition.

That's a great idea! It won't be the same if you don't have your Thanksgiving cookies. And they will freeze beautifully.
