What is your favorite Christmas symbol? What figure do you collect for Christmas displays?

That is wonderful Christmas news CK! As a farm girl my uncles/aunts always trusted the Farmer's Alamanc predictions. They are usually right. You can start planning on a a family snowpeople to build! :snowwow: :snowwow:

I used to collect Precious Moments and Cherished Teddies but what I have left is packed away in my Christmas boxes in the basement. No room for them here. In retrospect I should have sold or given them away before coming here. They just take up space but I can't get rid of them yet. If I can ever access them again, I might run a free give away for the price of postage.

Last night I dreamed my Christmas memories were a movie! Nowadays I am not sure most people would relate to quiet country snow-covered farm/land and home folk celebrations. They are the joy of my heart though. Simple and true.

which metallic do you prefer to decorate with at Christmas time? I prefer silver and mixing textures of antiqued, shiny and matt. :holly1:
